world's scheduled airline seats. Amadeus Indonesia is the Amadeus
Corporate Office (ACO) responsible for marketing, sales and customer
support in Indonesia .
As we are aggressively expending our business, we are looking for
enterprising candidates to fill in the below positions amongst a
very dynamic and enthusiastic team.
National Business Development Manager (NBDM) – Based in Jakarta
The National Sales Manager will be reporting directly to the General
Manager. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing and
managing the sales strategy for Indonesia , determining and
reviewing sales budgets and forecasts in order to assure company
profitability and growth. To achieve these goals the National
Business Development Manager will lead, manage and motivate a strong
and dedicated sales team comprising regional sales managers, sales
executives and account managers throughout the country.
- Minimum five years sales management experience preferable from
within the travel, airline and tourism industry.
- Proven track record in developing and managing multiple sales
channels and strategic relationships
- Ability to develop and implement sales and account management
budgets and plans
- Experience in negotiating, constructing, and managing complex
strategic and commercial agreements
- Ability to form and lead effective, ongoing partnerships with
senior industry stakeholders
- A developed network of contacts within the Indonesian travel and
tourism industry, especially with airlines, hotels and travel
agencies would be desirable
- Functional knowledge of computerized distribution and reservations
systems would be an advantage
- Tertiary qualification in a discipline such as international
business, management, sales, marketing or any other relevant field.
A Master's degree or a recognized MBA would be an advantage
Sales/Account Executive (AE)- Based in Jakarta
The Sales/Account Executive will be reporting directly to the
National Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities include
developing new accounts, maintaining the existing accounts and
reviewing sales budgets and forecast in order the assure company
profitability and growth. To achieve these goals the Sales/Account
Executive will have to be strong motivated and dedicated team player
in the sales team.
- Minimum two years sales experience preferable from within the
travel, airline and tourism industry.
- Proven track record in developing and managing multiple sales
channels and strategic relationships
- Ability to develop and implement sales and account management
budgets and plans
- Experience in presenting, negotiating, and managing complex
products
- Target orientated and focused on results
- Ability to manage sales activities effectively, to build
partnerships with related travel industry stakeholders
- Functional knowledge of computerized distribution and
reservations systems would be an advantage
- A degree in travel management from a recognized travel
institution would be an advantage
Customer Support Manager (CSM) - Based in Jakarta
The Customer Support Manager will report directly to the Operation
Manager. Key responsibilities include providing customer support to
travel agencies, managing office daily activities to make sure that
the standard requirements of service is met in order to meet the
company's mission and support for the local Amadeus offices, to
liaise with other team within Amadeus Indonesia Offices.
- At least one year experience in customers support department or
division from an air service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supporting high demand and complex requirements in
trouble shootings in the distribution and reservation area will be
an added advantage
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as a good
team leader with positive attitude toward the team
- A degree in travel management from a recognized travel
institution or similar qualification would be an advantage
All positions require strong interpersonal and communication
skills, fluency in written and spoken English and the ability to
