PURCHASING
With the requirement as follows:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration and or related fields.
* Max. 5 years experience in the area of technical purchase (preferably in FMCG Company).
* Age max 30 yrs.
* Sharp analytical skills, smart negotiator, self motivator, planning & organizing, result oriented, trustworthy.
* Strong communication skill in English written and verbally.
* Hard worker, Self motivated, strategic thinking, excellence in communicating skills, eager to learn, creative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Seek supplier the right/main sources in open markets for the assigned spend category.
* Screen suppliers based on a set of criteria; specifications, quality, performance, pricing, etc.
* Coordinate w/ QM, RMP, internal specialists, stakeholders, etc. to approve and audit suppliers.
* To communicate effectively with suppliers in an effort to seek out continuous improvement and reduce total cost.
* Propose the selected suppliers to management with appropriate analysis for decision making based on the Market intelligence developed for the spend.
* Ensure supply by knowing the right time to buy, the right sources of materials and services.
Key Account Executive – Food Services(code KAE-FS)
With the requirement as follows:
* Min 2 years experience in commercial environment.
* Age 25 - 35 yrs.
* Experienced candidates should come from FoodServices Industry (Hotel, Restaurant and Café).
* Fluent in English.
* Willing to be placed at anywhere within Indonesia.
* Hard worker, self driven, strategic thinking, excellence in communicating skills, eager to learn, able to work in team and must have negotiation skills.
* Familiar with MS office applications
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Recruit key customers on assigned hit list.
* Develop solution business within existing key customers.
* To control machine efficiency and increase productivity within key customers.
* To make sure all joint activity with key customers is well implemented and achieve target.
* To develop customer business plan and timely business review.
* As Nestle’s ‘One face’ to customer approach in the focus business segment.
* Responsible to fully understand and act as the Champion for each appointed business segment.
