WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR :
GENERAL MANAGER ( GM )
· Male / female, min. 35 years old
· S1 or S2 in Business Administration or related discipline min. GPA 3.00
on scale 4.00
· Have min. 2 years working experience as GM in property
· All candidates must fluent in English both spoken and written (Mandarin
would be an advantage)
· Detail, creative, possess strong leadership, good analytical, negotiation
and conceptual skill.
· The person will be in charge in all plan, organize and implement a
successful marketing & sales program, and finance program to improvement
and repair organization.
· The person responsible to make sure that all operational – related
activities, such as daily operation.

SALES & MARKETING MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE ( SMMA ) –
PROPERTY ( SMMP )
· Male / female, between 28 - 35 years old
· S1 in Management or related discipline min. GPA 3.00 on scale 4.00
· Have min. 5 years working experience in automotive or property industry
· All candidates must fluent in English both spoken and written (Chinese
speaking will have preference)
· Able to work independently, communicative, responsible & dynamic

SALES & MARKETING SUPERVISOR AUTOMOTIVE ( SMSA ) –
PROPERTY ( SMSP )
· Male / female, between 25 - 30 years old
· S1 in Management or related discipline min. GPA 3.00 on scale 4.00
· Have min. 2 - 3 years working experience in selling automotive or property
· All candidates must fluent in English both spoken and written (Chinese
speaking will have preference)
· Focus result and target oriented

ENGINEER AUTOMOTIVE ( EA )
· Male max. 30 years old
· D3 / S1 in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline min. GPA 3.00 on
scale 4.00
· Have min. 2 - 3 years working experience in automotive industry
· All candidates must Fluent in English both spoken and written (Mandarin
would be an advantage)
· Having capability in assembling automotive (especially car), maintain and
continuously monitoring project, building & developing work instruction.
· Provide technical support and problem solving of technical problem
· Fresh graduates with outstanding achievement are welcome

SALES COUNTER PROPERTY ( SCP )
· Male / female, max 26 years old
· Min D3 any discipline min. GPA 3.00 on scale 4.00
· Willing to work in shift, having good interpersonal skill
· Good analytical,
· Strong commitment to duties and responsibilities, honest, high integrity
and positive attitude
